Chef Adam Allison has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and is currently the owner of Brightside Burgers.

In creating Brightside Catering, Adam has assembled a team of professionals to help him bring his creative vision and culinary skill set to your special event!

We provide chef-curated food and beverage experiences. From full-service, multi-course plated dinners to hand-passed hors d’oeuvres. Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Music Festivals, Sporting Events, and Fundraisers are just a few examples of past and current projects. We look forward to working with you to create the perfect experience.
